In 2010, Art Is...You will celebrate its 4th anniversary under the theme of ART IS....WICKEDLY GOOD.

We have some wickedly good plans in place. The Land Of Oz can be found at the Danbury Plaza Hotel. OZ is right down the yellow brick road from Metro North, allowing for day attendees. It is close to the local airport (with broomstick shuttles available), and 40 minute drive from Westchester, or an hour from NYC and Hartford.
Thursday will be a low key day while we await the tornado of artists. There will be a few workshops followed by our “Wicked Art Crawl” a delightful series of roundtable make and takes, in the evening.
The wickedly good Michael Albert will be joining us on Friday night and working with us to create our own unique piece of cereal-art and also a communal piece to auction off for our Charity.
We will enjoy wickedly good buffet luncheons that have become a fixture and every night we will find our field of poppies for some creative fun after you have enjoyed dinner at your leisure.
Friday, Saturday and Sunday morning - back by popular demand Mrs. Pom and the wickedly successful journaling heart starters. These morning classes are inclusive of the daily registration fee. A unique and special way to start your journey each day.
Saturday night will bring ART TRUNK - a large and exciting market with fabulous trunk shows from industry suppliers and artists and we will host our "Art is...the miracle of YOU" auction for our 2010 Charity - The Little Baby Face Foundation - a foundation very close to our hearts.
Sunday morning - bright an early you can elect to enjoy a breakfast of wicked fried dough and good steaming coffee while perusing the wonderful Elephant Trunk Flea Market. Returning in time for a quick shower and your next workshop.
On Sunday evening we will have our official event dinner Our special guest is Jo Packham who will speak to her passion! Share her experiences! Reveal what inspires her and tell us her dreams and plans for Where Women Create and beyond.
It is all happening! Be Brave! Click those Ruby Red Slippers or hop in your Hot Air Balloon and join us on this Wickedly Good Journey, where we will celebrate art, friendship and discover just who is wicked and who is good!
